Soul Power are a funk/soul covers band from the heart of London. Brought together when they all found themselves studying in London they discovered a mutual love for classic funk and soul music. Connected in their tastes by acts such as James Brown, Earth Wind and Fire, Average White Band, Tower of Power, and Aretha Franklin they soon realised they had the ingredients for a hugely powerful and very funky band.

Since forming, Soul Power have developed a reputation for great live shows with tight, professional and very entertaining performances.

Despite their youth, the band are very experienced and have played at some of Londons most prestigious venues, such as the Shepherds Bush Empire, Bush Hall, Indigo at the O2 and Matter. They play with an energy that can only be described as electric and guarantee a musical treat every time they take to the stage.
