If youre planning a nostalgic event, why not treat your guests to a good old fashioned Vaudevillian Theatrical Show? Dodging the Doodlebugs is a wonderfully witty stage show performed by the celebrated comic duo Radford and Devere.A fast paced funny revue of World War Two paying homage to the entertainment stars of the 1940s; recreating their original humour, music and sketches served with a healthy dollop of poetic license! Brief appearances by Chamberlain and Churchill blend seamlessly alongside the procrastinating Robb Wilton and the corny jokes of Bandwaggon.
The day war broke out, my missus said to me, It's up to you...You've got to stop it I said, 'Stop what?' She said The War!
Will Dick, Jean, Jock and Snowy catch the German spy? What fate awaits the intrepid four at the end of the old mineshaft? Find out in the exciting episode of Dick Barton Special Agent! See how Albert gets eaten by a Lion and Mrs. Mop has her hopes dashed by Tommy Handley; all hilariously brought to life by the slick comic timing of Radford and Devere.
Dodging the Doodlebugs is carefully written & performed to entertain a family audience. The show always receives very positive feedback and rebookings from the events perform at. This show would be ideal to complement any vintage themed event.

I went along to one of their shows. I was mightily impressed. They worked their socks off, sang, danced and told fascinating stories and gags. A first class revue! National Trust - Many thanks for performing for us. The show was straight out of the '40s and had a real period feel to it. Looking forward to seeing you again soon.- Roy Hudd OBE (Actor/Entertainer)
Thanks for your excellent show. I was very impressed. Really hope we can work together in the future.
