Performing a wide range of songs from the late 1950s into the 1970s, The Retrobeats re-live the great hits of yesteryear. They are a completely live band (no backing tracks) featuring both male and female lead vocals and play the hits you remember and the ones you've forgotten too. Covering artistes from Elvis Presley to The Beatles, Connie Francis to Dusty Springfield, The Drifters to The Turtles and a host of one hit wonders too, The Retrobeats perform a truly varied range of great songs from a golden era of popular music.

The Retrobeats are based in Cheshire and perform across the North West of England and North Wales at a wide variety of private and public functions - weddings, parties, tribute or theme nights, charity events, festivals, social clubs, hotels, pubs etc... in fact, anywhere wanting great danceable music from a live band.

The band consists of drums, bass, tambourine and guitar with two main vocalists enabling them to handle a wide variety of songs with harmonies and backing vocals.

The Retrobeats are a self contained band with compact high performance equipment, including lighting, if required. They are public liability insured and all equipment is PAT tested. The band do not use backing tracks and all the music is performed at a comfortable volume to suit the venue and occasion. The Retrobeats endeavour to be as flexible and accommodating as possible to ensure each event is a success and are proud of their reputation for reliability, punctuality and friendliness.

The band also offer an additional disco service at an extremely reasonable price. Using their high quality PA system they can provide music mixes as background to the evening's proceedings, music during breaks between our performances and then a lively disco playing songs from all eras and for all ages to round the night off. With this service, you can relax, confident that all the entertainment for the evening is taken care of.

The first thing that comes to mind is Fantastic. The Retrobeats performed at Richmonds club in Warrington tonight. They played to an appreciative audience and the show is getting better everytime that they perform. The rock and roll band are a competant group of musicians and singers who are a joy to watch.
