Race Nights are a brilliant way to raise funds for your club or chosen charity.

Using your big screen or ours, we provide everything that will be required to make your night a success. Many of our clients have made these events into a bigger affair by encouraging their customers to turn up in hats and attire that brings a touch of Ascot to the evening.

We provide a great night's entertainment for a private party or corporate event.

We take into account our clients' particular requirements and can assist in planning the perfect night, whether a fundraiser or pure entertainment. We also understand that different events have different budgets from fundraising to Christmas parties. No matter what your budget is we can advise you and help you to plan an unforgettable night.

How It Works

The race staff will arrive and set up equipment in plenty of time. When we are due to start our compere or your own choice for Mc will introduce themselves and explain the format of the evening to the guests. Once the formalities are over and the horses for the first race have been paraded the punters will be invited to place their bets at the tote booths provided. When the race is finished and the payout dividend has been calculated and announced the lucky victors will asked to collect their winnings.

A typical Charity Race Night has up to eight races throughout the evening and can be combined with other entertainment to create a fun and exciting fundraising event.

A very affordable way of creating a busy evening where your venue is normally quiet. Whatever your ideas on this theme you can be sure we will find the winning formula.
