We have just completed numerous dates for Pontins Holiday Centre's, John Fowler Holidays and Haven Holidays along with other private holiday centre's and have received praise from every venue we appeared at for the way we conducted ourselves off as well as on stage. The shows were extremely well received by the resort teams and the guests alike and have even appeared on the resort questionnaires singling out the wrestling show as a highlight of their holiday.

The Show Information
You can choose the style of show of wrestling - the traditional British "World of Sport" style events, contested over 6 rounds with the winner requiring 2 falls, 2 submissions or a knockout. This style of show is best suited to the 40+ age group who can remember commentary by Kent Walton and the legends of British wrestling such as Jackie Pallo, Big Daddy and Giant Haystacks. This style of show is becoming very popular again.

Alternatively you can watch American style wrestling, similar to the Sky WWE format, wrestled over a time limit, with the winner requiring 1 pin fall, 1 submission or knockout. Which is the favorite for the family and younger audience.

Best of British Wrestling is one of the leading wrestling events companies in the UK, which was originally formed in early 1996, have organized shows and events all over the UK and have also run their own television programme, Wrestling Rampage on cable TV. Best of British Wrestling use only the best wrestlers that this country has to offer mixed in with foreign talent that is flown in especially for our tours. In the past they have used stars such as Tiger mask & the Thunder Dragons have been brought in from Japan and from America wrestlers such as Hacksaw Jim Duggan, The Bushwhackers, The Honky Tonk Man, Earthquake and the legendary Jake the Snake Roberts.

Do you remember sitting down with your family on Saturday afternoon to watch the wrestling?
Do names like Kendo Nagasaki, Mick McManus. Big Daddy and Giant Haystacks still mean something to you?

Well the glory days of British wrestling on television may be gone, but some of the wrestlers who graced our screens can still be seen today, right here in Best of British Wrestling.

Rough, tough, rule bending star Blondie Barratt s regarded as one of the toughest men in British wrestling today. His experience has made him wise to what he can and cant get away with when he steps in the ring, and hes not afraid to break the rules if he thinks it will improve his chances of winning. Also known as The Rock n Roll Express, Barratt knows what it takes to be a winner, and is not afraid to do it.

Superstar Mal Sanders is a technical genius. A former champion at many categories, his legendary feuds with Steve Grey (below left) have now spanned decades, and is seen as the longest standing feud in British Wrestling history. They have battled for every major promotion in the country and often on national television. Despite some rule bending on the part of Sanders, both men know how to go at it and put on some of the best wrestling that can be seen anywhere.

Johnny Kidd is referred to by many different namesMr Smooth, Mr Dynamite are just two. His wrestling ability is second to none as he can take a man down to the mat in so many different ways and change his game to suit what his opponent throws at him. Kidd gets fired up when he steps in to the ring, giving a perfect definition of the name Mr Dynamite.

Best of British Wrestling aims to bring you the best wrestling available, and these guys can wrestle like no other. Their knowledge of the business means they have the ability to think before they actwhich is not always a good thing when wrestlers like Barratt are concerned!
