Mobile Disco Package DescriptionsBelow are detailed descriptions of each package we supply including example images of them when set up.
The three packages are named Bronze, Silver and Gold. You can book a package as it stands or you can request a quote to include additional add-ons.
The two main variations between each package are the number of lighting effects youll be supplied with and the speaker power.
The most economical option are the bronze packages, our most popular option are the Silver packages and our high end solution are the gold packages which are ideal for weddings and corporate events.
There are also some hints and tips below to help you decide which package is best suited to your event and budget.
Whats included in all our packages?
An experienced DJ playing MP3s and or CDs. Upon request we can supply an audio lead into our sound system to connect your own MP3 player if required?
An XLR balanced microphone for speeches and shout outs.
You will have full access to our event planning tools which include a playlist builder, timeline form, planning form and satisfaction survey.
Only a small deposit (less than 25%) is taken today to confirm your booking, the rest is paid on the day of your event.
Receipts and invoices available upon request.
You will receive a professional contract which can be signed digitally online saving you time sending us a paper copy.
You will be booking through a professional limited mobile disco company that supplies over 2000 bookings a year.
We are the only mobile disco company that has a record of over 18 testimonials from previous customers, all of which you can contact directly for a reference.
You will have direct contact with our DJ, and our DJ will automatically receive your planning forms when you submit them online.
Bronze Package Description
Professional mobile disco including professional lighting effects and speaker system
Specifically we will provide no less than 4 lighting effects professionally presented on a T-bar or lighting rig.
And you will receive a 200 watt stereo speaker system raised on stands or placed on floor mounts
Suitable for private parties (Birthdays, Anniversaries, Leaving Parties, Childrens Parties karaoke and other domestic events)

What speaker power do I need and how many lighting effects do I need?
Adequate speaker power ensures our sound system does not struggle in larger congested rooms.
Without adequate speaker power you run the risk of a reduction in sound quality. The bigger the room, the more speaker power we need to carry a clear sound from the speaker, through people and structures within the room, to the other side of the room without the sounds distorting.
Sound waves are absorbed by each person and various materials within the room which means the more guests and obstructions you have within your venue, the more speaker power youll need to compensate.
It is very difficult to calculate exactly what speaker power you need as the acoustics of each venue are never the same.
The amount of lighting effects required at your event again depends on the size of the room you are holding your event in.
Each lighting effect will display multi colours in a sound to light pattern across the dance floor and room.
The lighting effects are raised to gain greater reach, however the more surface area in front of the lights will mean youll need more of them to flood the area with colour.
The atmosphere at your event is closely linked with the amount of lighting effects used.

Additional Add-ons
We supply three packages that already include enough equipment to make your event a success.
However we do supply additional add-ons to each package that you may or may not require. These add-ons are listed below :-
Bass bins - If you would like a deeper, more richer sounding speaker system, youll love the advantages of having bass bins at your event. Since the 80s music production has grown with the use of computers and synthesizers. Because of this the frequencies used within many modern synthetic songs has widened in scope. We often find these lower range frequencies in genres such as R&B, Commercial dance and modern pop. You will not be able to hear these lower frequencies using normal mid range speakers alone. You will need bass bins and preferably a 3 way cross over to realize the true potential for each song thats played at your event. For functions such as large weddings and corporate events that are entertaining larger than normal crowds, having bass bins will give the sound quality at your event a boost in the right direction and help improve the atmosphere.
Bhangra DJ - We are often asked if we can supply an Indian DJ to play Bhangra music at a customers event. We do supply Indian DJs but as they are few and far between there is an increase in cost for their in demand service.
Cordless Microphone - You will receive at least 1 cordless microphone (radio mic) Great for weddings when used during the speeches. Youll have a range of at least 20 metres to move around freely into a suitable position away from the DJs equipment. This means youll be at a safe distance from the speakers to prevent feedback. They are also great for karaoke if you have guests that like to move around when they sing. And can be used during presentations for corporate events.
CRB Certificate - If you require a DJ that has a valid CRB check please select this option. It is not a legal requirement for our DJs to have a CRB if working with children however we do recommend it.
DMX Controlled Lighting - DMX is a type of lighting control system that enables the DJ to choreograph their lighting effects. The DJ will either link all of the lighting effects together so they are all doing the same thing, or they will be linked to a controller that tells the lighting effects what to do. Having this add on will improve the atmosphere at your event as the DJ will have greater control over the lighting sequences.
Female DJ - If you require a female DJ at your event simply select this add on.
Portable Appliance Tested Equipment - This add on is to support those DJs that maintain their portable appliance testing certification. We will provide copies of the DJs PAT test certificates for you and the venue where you are holding your event. We recommend all of our DJs keep up with the guidelines for PAT tested equipment. This add on is for the extra administration forwarding the certificates to the relevant parties and provides a guarantee that your DJ has the relevant certification.
Public Liability Insurance - This add on is to support those DJs that maintain public liability insurance for the work they undertake in the mobile disco industry. We will provide copies of the DJs insurance for you and the venue where you are holding your event. We recommend all DJs have PLI. This add on is for the extra administration forwarding the certificates to the relevant parties and provides a guarantee that your DJ has insurance.
Video Screens - Video screens will be provided to display images and videos. This could be your own content and/or music videos. Great for weddings and corporate events. You will receive at least two 32" video screens at your event.
Room Up lighting - This add-on will give you at least 4 individual lighting effects spread out around your venue placed next to the walls pointing upwards. This will wash the walls with light, helping to improve the atmosphere at your event. The colour schemes can also be tailored to suite your decoration colours.
Pre Event Meeting - If you require our DJ to meet with you prior to you event please select this add-on. Our DJ will meet with you for up to an hour at your home or the event venue at a time suitable for you. This add-on is not essential as you will be able to speak with your DJ on the phone and you will have access to our event planning tools which are submitted to your DJ automatically.
Speaker Upgrade 1KW - Upgrade your speaker system to at least 1kw. Great for corporate, outdoor and very large wedding events.
